My professional opinion is that the 'Digital Transformation' movement (a bunch of devops guys who take credit for people using the internet), was pleasantly suprised when the whole world was forced to use their products. The approach was to continue to herd us like cats, but we are not cats and cats cannot be herded. We are all exhausted with bad processes, bad automation and carcinogenic leadership. I think taking breaks is okay, but also refusing zoom meetings entirely. Too much zoom, has made it die. And I'm ok with that.
