I don’t like the quirky generational gap propaganda used to sell school yearbooks so I will neither refer to any of my peers as Karen or Jennifer, or GenX or GenZ, or young or old. I will say: humans who are alive and contributing to society. Most of us have mandibles. Most of us eat food. ost of us think sometimes and most of us love, hope, dream, breathe and try…. no matter what age we are, the spirit inside of us doesn’t expire.
Ageism should either be setup to honor the wisdom of those later in life, or not exist. That being said, I enjoyed reading your article and I’m totally going to clap.
