Greetings and salutations fellow battle mage. I've also found difficulty in reporting and have had a fair tanglible success rate by submitting via the abuse form, also emailing support and then following up with a tweet to please escalate the ticket number. I hope this helps you on your quest. Automation is a great thing, but only if mindful. It does feel like a lot of automation solutions influence the abandonment of action. What problems "we" (we in the industry) could solve if organizations, especially registrars minded their abuse queues. Best of luck to you on this quest and thank you for responding and telling us of this.
