As a fellow lady, I am often seen as a threat for being good at my job and unapologetic. I feel you here, sister. This happens to all women, but likely more intense for people of color. I can only imagine the trials people of color face regarding this that, with my own limited experience being so intensely life impacting and devastating.

I stand here as a colleague and an ally. I'm not ignorant to the ways of the world and I hope some day to be a resource for people who are intensely targeted in this manner.

Lastly, I truly think people who identify problems like this have it within themselves to find a solution. Such is the way with Leadership skills. :D
